MR. JOB
Visual Identity
Project Manager: Filipe Silva
Design: Filipe Silva
The new identity for MR. JOB transforms structure into visual language.
The logotype was developed from a proprietary typographic system inspired by the logic of monospaced typefaces. In this model, every character occupies the same width, creating a modular structure that promotes alignment, visual rhythm, and consistency across the identity. Historically associated with environments where precision and organization are essential, this approach reinforces the brand's positioning while visually expressing attributes such as method, stability, and reliability.

The color palette complements this system: deep brown conveys structure and solidity, gold emphasizes value and achievement, while the light neutral tone enhances white space and readability. Together, these elements form a contemporary, functional, and cohesive visual identity across every brand touchpoint.
